The Holiday Extras Customers’ Awards has received an unprecedented number of votes, and there’s still a month to go before voting closes.
With categories that include best airline and best airport, the awards are voted for by real holiday travellers every year, and are a true barometer of quality and customer service in the air travel industry today.
This year two new categories have been introduced, Best Travel Guide Publisher and Most Inspirational Travel Film, which anyone can vote for, not just HolidayExtras.com customers.
The awards, in their third year, aim to reward those companies who have gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Last year’s winners included Belfast International for best airport, Aer Lingus for best airline and Virgin Atlantic for best cabin crew.
“We are thrilled with the response to this year’s awards and expect even more people to take part before the voting comes to a close. Last year we had 24,000 votes and we are on track to double that this year,” said Matthew Pack, HolidayExtras.com’s CEO.
Customers who have recently travelled with HolidayExtras.com will receive an email containing the Holiday Extras Customers’ Awards questionnaire. Voting in the Holiday Extras Customers’ Awards closes on 11 July 2011.
