As the days get shorter and chillier, has given its team some TLC with a week of health and well-being activities.

Well-being Week began on Monday 10 October as team members were welcomed to work with fruit, cereal bars and juice. Breakfast was provided every day for the week, along with a schedule of gym classes including Zumba, yoga and circuit-training.

During the initiative, organised by’s people team, colleagues were given the opportunity to sample a head massage at their desk and everyone received a free pedometer to monitor their daily activity. The week was rounded off with lunch on Friday – a warming soup or cool salad – and a “chamble” (chat and a ramble) in the stunning natural habitat surrounding the rural headquarters in Newingreen.

Anouk Agussol, group people business partner, said: “Working at demands creativity and energy. We wanted to say thank you to our fantastic team for their consistent commitment and hard work, and help give them a boost before the winter really sets in. Some may have also discovered a new way of keeping fit to help maintain those happy hormones!”

Well-being Week will be followed by a free flu jab programme, offered to everyone in the business to keep nasty winter bugs at bay.
