Industry expert shares Agile UX design experience with Holiday Extras team

The team at travel company Holiday Extras welcomed Jeff Gothelf, an industry expert in Agile UX design, for three days of workshops and talks last week.

Jeff Gothelf of US-based Neo Innovations, demonstrated ‘Lean UX’; a concept inspired by Lean and Agile development theories. The idea encourages teams to collaborate across the business and to prioritise user experience before embarking on a design, rather than focusing on the end product. Participants were urged to keep the needs and preferences of the customer in mind throughout an entire project.
